Free In-Home Window Consultation

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation consultation at your home. We’ll measure your current windows, identify the style (like double-hung, casement, or others), and test for lead-based paint if your home was built before 1978.

Free Window Replacement Estimate

Once we’ve gathered the information we need, we’ll provide a free window replacement estimate. This includes recommendations for styles, energy-efficient options, and available trim packages.

Window Ordering & Lead Time

If you move forward, we’ll place the order for your new windows. Most standard window orders arrive within 3 to 6 weeks. If you have custom sizes or unique styles, it may take a bit longer — but we’ll keep you in the loop the entire time.

Scheduling Your Window Installation

Once your windows arrive, we’ll schedule the installation date. We typically install in the order windows are received. Installation usually takes less than a week, depending on the size of your project and the trim package you selected.

Final Walkthrough & Inspection

After installation, our team completes a thorough clean-up, double-checks all fittings, and ensures smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are correctly placed. We’ll also coordinate your final inspection if one is required in your city.

FULL FRAME vs INSTERT

FULL FRAME

Also known as "new construction" or "complete replacement"

What It Is:
Full frame installation involves removing the entire existing window down to the studs—including the frame, trim, and casing—and replacing it with a

completely new unit.

Pros:

Replaces everything, including rotted wood or damaged frames
Best for older homes or when upgrading window size or shape
Maximum energy efficiency when paired with proper insulation
More design flexibility

Cons:

More labor-intensive and time-consuming
Higher cost
May require interior and exterior finishing

INSERT

Also called "pocket installation"

What It Is:
Insert installation replaces only the window sash, sliding it into the existing frame. The original frame, trim, and casing stay intact.

Pros:

Faster and less invasive installation
Lower cost
Ideal for frames in good condition
Less disruption to interior/exterior finishes

Cons:

Not suitable if the existing frame is damaged or out of square
Slightly smaller glass area due to the insert fitting inside the frame
Less flexibility in changing window style or size
